This is an opportunity to join a leading general contractor delivering a landmark food manufacturing facility in Trowbridge. You will play a pivotal role in driving quality standards from early construction through to commissioning, validation and final handover, ensuring the successful delivery of a highly regulated production environment.
This business has a strong pipeline of construction projects across the UK and Europe, creating genuine progression opportunities into senior leadership positions, wider European project assignments, or future UK-based projects upon completion. The company operates across the data centre, pharmaceutical and the wider industrial sector.
You will champion a 'Right First Time' culture, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will work closely with project leadership, construction teams, supply chain partners and clients to ensure the highest standards of delivery are achieved.
Your Role as Project Quality Manager Will Include:
- Implementing and managing ISO9001-compliant quality management systems.
- Developing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), quality sign-off procedures and quality hold points.
- Conducting audits, inspections and quality reviews across all construction activities.
The Successful Project Quality Manager Will Have:
- Proven experience leading quality on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of ISO9001 quality management systems.
- Experience conducting audits and implementing quality assurance procedures.
- Ability to influence project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong documentation, reporting and client-facing communication skills.
