As a Trainee Air Conditioning Engineer, you will work alongside experienced engineers who will train you on the equipment, testing procedures and wider electrical and mechanical skills required to develop your career.
Your Role As a Trainee Air Conditioning Engineer Will Include:
- Receiving full training on temperature-control equipment, testing procedures and technical processes
- Functionally testing equipment before it leaves the depot and completing relevant documentation
- Inspecting equipment carefully to identify faults, damage or anything that could cause problems once dispatched
- Gradually taking greater responsibility for the test area as your technical knowledge and confidence develop
As A Trainee Air Conditioning Engineer You Will Need:
- A completed F-Gas qualification
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work reliably in a busy environment
- A long-term mindset with an interest in progressing technically and eventually moving into management
