The Successful Machine Operator Will Have:
- Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience working in engineering, heavy industry, food manufacturing, FMCG, recycling, plastics, packaging, automotive, steel, timber or similar industries.
- Forklift experience (advantageous but not essential).
- Commutable to the Lincoln area.
The Role of the Machine Operator Will Include:
- Operating forge and precision manufacturing machinery.
- Producing high-quality components for leading aerospace and automotive manufacturers.
- Carrying out quality checks and following production processes.
- Monday to Friday - 8-hour rotating shifts.
- Site-based role in the Lincoln area.
