Your Role As Lead Maintenance Engineer:

  • Reactive maintenance, as well as leading a small team
  • Mechanical fault finding and maintenance (conveyors/hydraulics/pneumatics)
  • Site based in Sittingbourne - ensure the smooth running of site operations
  • 4 on 4 off, days and nights

You’ll Need As Lead Maintenance Engineer:

  • Experience in a hands-on mechanical role
  • Manufacturing background or similar
  • Have the want to be lead a team
  • Ability to react quickly to problems, reduce downtime, and communicate clearly and accurately
