The Successful Operations Manager Will Have:
- Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager within internal fit out or interiors
- Strong leadership experience managing site teams, subcontractors and commercial performance
- Experience overseeing project finances, and operational delivery
- Commercial fit out, residential fit out experience
- Commutable to the Chelmsford area
The Role Of The Operations Manager Will Include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple internal fit out projects
- Managing project delivery, budgets, procurement and commercial performance
- Leading site teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
- Working closely with Directors to support business growth and operational strategy
