Responsibilities:
- Reactive maintenance and leading a small team
- Mechanical fault finding and maintenance (conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics)
- Site based in Sittingbourne – ensure the smooth running of site operations
- 4 on 4 off schedule, days and nights
Qualifications:
- Experience in a hands-on mechanical role
- Manufacturing background or similar
- Desire to lead a team
- Ability to react quickly to problems, reduce downtime and communicate clearly and accurately
