You will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role and enjoy working in a variety of environments between commercial and residential, working with high profile & prestigious clients. This company is one of the Channel Islands' most established and respected main contractors, delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, residential, and private sectors in a variety of different industries. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team, contribute to an increasing workload, while benefiting from an opportunity to relocate to the Channel Islands for a genuine lifestyle change.
Your Role As A Contracts Manager will include:
- Monday - Friday site based role in Guernsey, Channel Islands
- Ensure contracts are compliant with legal, company, and industry standards
- Managing 2-3 projects at a time locally depending on size
The Successful Contracts Manager Will Need:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contracts Manager, preferably within the construction sector.
- Proven experience managing commercial and residential projects, including projects up to £10 million in value.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee contracts, budgets, and project delivery effectively.
- Serious intent and readiness to relocate to the Channel Islands.
- Full driving licence.
