Your Role as Civil/Structural Pre-Construction Engineer Will Include:
- Supporting the pre-construction and bid teams on major civil and structural construction projects.
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical documentation during tender and pre-construction phases.
- Assisting with buildability reviews, value engineering and construction methodologies.
- Supporting programme development, procurement planning and project risk assessments.
- Coordinating with design, estimating, commercial and project delivery teams to develop competitive technical solutions.
- Liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors throughout the pre-construction process.
- Ensuring technical submissions are compliant, accurate and commercially competitive.
As A Civil/Structural Pre-Construction Engineer You Will Have:
- Previous experience as a Civil/Structural Pre-Construction Engineer, Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, Design Engineer or Project Engineer.
- Strong understanding of civil and structural engineering principles within major construction projects.
- Experience within data centres, industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, commercial or other large-scale construction environments.
- Excellent technical, planning and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across design, commercial and operational teams.
- Full right to work in the UK.
