This manufacturer designs, builds, installs, and services laboratory sterilisation and decontamination equipment. Due to continued growth, they're looking for a Workshop Engineer to join their friendly team in Sidcup. Previous industry experience isn't essential - if you're practical, eager to learn, and enjoy working with your hands, they'll provide the training needed to become a specialist in the role.

Your Role As A Workshop Engineer Will Include:

  • Building, servicing, refurbishing laboratory autoclaves and sterilisation equipment.
  • Testing, calibrating, assembling, commissioning and carrying out quality inspections before equipment is dispatched.
  • Working closely with the engineering/design team while receiving ongoing on-the-job training.

The Successful Workshop Engineer Will Have:

  • Experience using hand tools or carrying out basic mechanical work.
  • A practical mindset with good problem-solving skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
