As A Building Services Engineer You Will: 6 month temporary contract Provide technical support and guidance to the in-house team and contractors. Manage and monitor maintenance and operational delivery. Carry out asset inspections, condition surveys etc. Oversee and carry out mechanical building service work. As A Building Services Engineer You Must: Have experience within Building Services, Estates Maintenance or a similar environment. Have strong mechanical building services experience, covering HVAC and domestic water systems.
