Your Role As Maintenance Engineer:
- Reactive maintenance, as well as leading a small team
- Mechanical fault finding and maintenance (conveyors/hydraulics/pneumatics)
- Site based in Sittingbourne - ensure the smooth running of site operations
- 4 on 4 off, days and nights
- 3 months paid time off a year
You’ll Need As Maintenance Engineer:
- Experience in a hands-on mechanical role
- Manufacturing background or similar
- Have the want to lead a team
- Ability to react quickly to problems, reduce downtime, and communicate clearly and accurately
