Your Role as a Senior Site Engineer Will Include
- Managing and overseeing engineering activities across residential infrastructure and civil engineering projects.
- Setting out for roads, drainage, foundations, earthworks, and associated civil engineering works.
- Ensuring all works are completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with project specifications and programme requirements.
- Supervising and mentoring Site Engineers and junior engineering staff.
- Liaising with Site Managers, Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
- Producing and maintaining accurate site records, surveys, and as-built information.
- Ensuring SHEQ standards and company procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Supporting the successful delivery of projects to programme, quality, and budget targets.
The Successful Senior Site Engineer Will Have
- Previous experience working as a Senior Site Engineer or leading a team
- Strong background in residential infrastructure, groundworks, or civil engineering projects.
- A valid CSCS card and a full UK driving licence.
- Ability to travel to sites across the East Midlands.
