- You will start with a week long, one to one induction with a Director, to introduce you to the Company and how we work, including formal sales training and psychologic studies to understand candidates.

Your Role as Recruiter:
- Identifying and targeting growing engineering companies to work with in a specific sector of technical and engineering (UK / EU / US).
- Networking and building relationships with key people in businesses.
- Attracting and interviewing the best engineering talent for your clients.
- Guiding candidates through the process and helping them make defining career moves.
- Meeting clients to develop exclusive relationships and retained business.
