Are you an HR Advisor with a strong Employee Relations background looking for a secure, long-term position within a successful manufacturing business? You'll work closely with managers, providing practical advice, coaching and guidance while helping maintain a positive working environment.

Your Role As HR Advisor:

  • Provide hands-on HR advice and support across a busy manufacturing site
  • Manage Employee Relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance
  • Coach and advise managers through HR processes
  • Support investigations and formal meetings
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently
  • Build strong relationships with managers and employees across the business
  • Support wider HR projects and continuous improvement

As An HR Advisor You'll Need:

  • Strong Employee Relations experience
  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment
  • Confident handling disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance cases
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to confidently advise and influence managers
  • Manufacturing experience would be advantageous
  • Commutable to Normanton
