Your Role As HR Advisor:
- Provide hands-on HR advice and support across a busy manufacturing site
- Manage Employee Relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance
- Coach and advise managers through HR processes
- Support investigations and formal meetings
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently
- Build strong relationships with managers and employees across the business
- Support wider HR projects and continuous improvement
As An HR Advisor You'll Need:
- Strong Employee Relations experience
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment
- Confident handling disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance cases
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to confidently advise and influence managers
- Manufacturing experience would be advantageous
