You'll be working across a small cluster of high-end commercial buildings, all located within a five-minute walk of each other in central London. Your Role As A HVAC Engineer Will Include:
- Conducting routine PPM, Reactive and Emergency tasks.
- Diagnose and repair faults on HVAC systems and appliances.
- Undertake all facets of maintenance and installation requirements in line with contractual obligations.
- Complete all relevant documentation accurately and timely.
As A HVAC Engineer You Will Need to Have:
- Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent.
- 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas).
- A proven track record with servicing, fault finding and repairing air conditioning systems, namely VRV/VRF's, Split Units, Chillers, AHUs & Cold Rooms.
