The Role Of The Field Service Engineer:
- Service, repair, PPM and installation of coffee equipment - traditional and bean-to-cup machines
- 1-in-4 paid on-call rota with very low call-out frequency
- Field Service Engineer role covering a local patch around Hertford
- Checking voltage and resistance, basic plumbing & electrical fault finding using a multimeter
- Customer-facing work across restaurants, chains, offices, airports and other commercial environments
The Successful Field Service Engineer Will Have:
- Electrical/mechanical Field Service Engineering background (Coffee is preferred)
- Basic electrical fault-finding experience & confident using a multimeter to check voltage and resistance
- Basic plumbing knowledge (desired)
- Passionate about coffee engineering
- Commutable to cover a local patch around Hertford
