As Project Manager, you will work closely with the Project Director and Site Manager to coordinate all project disciplines, manage design, and deliver high-quality projects safely, on time, and on budget. You will be responsible for delivering high-value hotel, office, student accommodation, and multi-use developments. This role involves managing teams, coordinating subcontractors, liaising with clients and third parties, and ensuring projects meet the highest standards. You will play a key role in design management, programme delivery, risk mitigation, and commercial oversight.
Your Role as Project Manager will include:
- Leading and coordinating all aspects of project delivery, acting as the main point of contact between clients, design teams, and site staff
- Managing and guiding multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations
- Overseeing design, procurement, and programme management to deliver projects efficiently and on schedule
- Reporting progress clearly to clients and internal teams
- Supporting the development and mentoring of site management staff
