*We are hiring Multiple Family Law Solicitors across the Midlands*
My client, a Legal 500 Full service Law Firm is growing with major plans in the pipeline is to expand the firm over the next 5 years. With a heavy focus on Family Law there is a strong need for highly motivated Family Solicitors of all levels. From the emotional side of conflicts to the practical implications, we are looking for solicitors that are ready to advise on all matters across Family Law.
With an aim to provide the highest standards of service the firm knows it all starts with the internal routes. All employees are rewarded highly, supported at all levels with full service team, strong business and practice leaders and systems to assist in both delivering and managing caseloads. All Candidates that have turned into employees have been able to achieve, progress and reach major career goals with strong guidance and a timely capacity!
Due to the structure of the Firm staff have close contact with clients and work closely with Partners who share expertise and knowledge spanning over many years in legal practice. They invest in professional development, training of all staff and have a strong belief that our staff is the most valuable asset.
We look for candidates who are ambitions and intend to stay and progress to senior and Partnership positions.
Responsibilities
- Work with cases across Children & Safeguarding, Civil Partnerships, Divorce, Financial Cases, Domestic Abuse, Mediation, Pre-nuptial Agreements, Cohabitation Agreements & Injunctions.
- Attend networking events
- Train and be exposed to new areas of Family Law not massively covered prior
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years PQE working in a law firm
- Good knowledge of Family law concepts
- Good time management skills
You will need to have:
- Degree + LPC / SQE
- 2 years Qualified as a Solicitor
- Good time management skills
- Excellent drafting skills
- Attention to details
Work arrangements:
- Hybrid working or Onsite Available
- Offices (Every Corner of the Midlands)
- 9am to 5:30pm but there will be a requirement to work additional hours if the workload requires so
- Annual targets
- Occasional evening networking events
- 28 days’ paid holidays a year and a day off on your birthday
