Grasp the opportunity to join a growing construction business where you will take responsibility across multiple major construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager looking for a position offering responsibility, variety and the opportunity to make a real impact across complex construction projects.
You will be joining an established construction business delivering complex and technically challenging projects across London, including demolition, cut-and-carve, piling, basements, RC frames and major structural works. With a strong pipeline of projects and exposure to a wide range of construction methods, this is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile developments while building your technical experience and progressing your career as a Quality Assurance Manager.
The Role of the Quality Assurance Manager Will Include:
- Managing quality assurance across 2-3 construction projects
- Developing and implementing project quality plans and procedures
- Conducting quality audits, inspections and reviews
- Ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards and regulations
- Managing non-conformances and corrective actions
- Overseeing quality documentation, testing records and handover packages
- Monitoring quality KPIs and driving continuous improvement
- Working closely with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients
- Promoting a right-first-time approach across projects
The Successful xgikmsk Quality Assurance Manager Will Have:
- Proven experience within construction quality management
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspections and auditing
- Experience managing quality across construction projects
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and relevant construction standards
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Experience working within a fast-paced construction environment
