As a Telemarketer/Appointment Maker, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to businesses in the South of England, promoting our IT support and services. We consider both full and part-time work.
Key Responsibilities:- Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to businesses in the South of England to generate interest in our IT support and services.
- Promotion: Effectively communicate the value propositions of our IT solutions, emphasising the benefits and advantages for potential clients.
- Appointment Setting: Work towards setting up appointments for our sales team with decision-makers within the target businesses.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed call volume and appointment-setting targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
- Customer Relationship Management: Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our “Salesforce” CRM system.
- Experience: Proven experience in large call volume telemarketing is essential.
- Desirable: Previous experience in appointment-making is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and other communication tools.
Working Hours: 8:30-17:00, Monday to Friday (part-time hours also considered).
