About the Role: As a Team Leader, you will manage a team of 2-3 consultants, guiding them to success within the Accountancy & Finance sectors. You will recruit for high-level roles such as Finance Managers, Financial Controllers, and CFOs. While prior management experience is not required, you should be able to demonstrate leadership within your current team and have at least 2 years of recruitment experience in accountancy and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and support a team of 2-3 consultants, helping them achieve their recruitment targets.
- Brand Building: Expand your personal brand and network to establish your team as a leading recruitment specialist in the market.
- Client Relationships: Maximise revenue by upselling to existing clients and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Financial Planning: Plan and manage NFI budgets and targets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement KPIs and business plans to drive team success.
Skills, Competencies, and Experiences:
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in the accountancy and finance sector.
- Ability to manage both Contract and Permanent recruitment desks effectively.
- Proven track record in influencing and achieving sales targets across multiple teams.
- Strong skills in activity management, KPI tracking, and performance reviews.
- Essential understanding of the accountancy or finance market, with knowledge of the Manufacturing, Defence, and Mobility sectors being a plus.
- Experience in managing a contract recruitment desk, with a good grasp of permanent recruitment as well.
