We are in search of an energetic and ambitious Recruitment Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a fervent enthusiasm for linking individuals with prospects, a deep comprehension of the recruitment process, and exceptional communication prowess. As a Recruitment Account Manager, your role will entail sourcing, vetting, and placing candidates in roles aligned with their proficiencies and career aspirations, all while meeting our clients’ staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients to ascertain their hiring requisites and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
- Utilise diverse channels, including job boards, social platforms, networking functions, and referrals, to source prospective candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate evaluations through video interviews, assessments, and background checks to assess qualifications, aptitudes, and cultural compatibility.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, delivering guidance and assistance throughout the recruitment process.
- Oversee the entirety of the recruitment process, encompassing offer negotiations, facilitation of onboarding, and ensuring seamless transitions for candidates and clients alike.
- Remain abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and recruitment best practices to enhance service delivery and client contentment.
- Maintain meticulous records of candidate interactions, job requisitions, and client correspondences leveraging Bullhorn.
- Surpass individual and team performance benchmarks, inclusive of revenue targets, placement metrics, and client satisfaction ratings.

Commission structure: £4,000 threshold per month – £12,000 per quarter, with a 10% commission up to £10,000 and 20% thereafter. Consultants are achieving placement fees totalling £200,000 annually, with take-home pay ranging between £60,000-£70,000. No business development is required as clients and job assignments are provided.
