We’re looking for a Business Development Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships. With a team of administrators, resourcers, and marketing experts supporting you, you’ll focus on building and expanding our client base within your specified markets, transforming opportunities into new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business by identifying and targeting new accounts.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts.
  • Understand client needs on both strategic and tactical levels, offering tailored solutions.
  • Build strong commercial and long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Identify new opportunities for product development within market sectors.
  • Collaborate with other teams to leverage business opportunities and create joined‑up solutions.
  • Conduct sales meetings and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date market knowledge.
  • Achieve personal KPIs and sales targets.
  • Occasional travel to meet with clients and candidates.
