What you’ll do:

  • Lead, Mentor, Inspire: Be the driving force! Conduct weekly 1‐2‐1s and quarterly reviews with your team of consultants to guide them towards success. Help them overcome challenges, hit their targets, and grow professionally.
  • Provide real‐time feedback: Whether it’s jumping into live calls or reviewing emails, you’ll be there to steer your team toward delivering exceptional results.
  • Create excitement: Roll out motivational incentives, challenges, and competitions that energise your team—get creative and watch them go above and beyond! (With Director approval, of course.)
  • Analyse & Strategise: Dive into performance data to spot trends and patterns. You’ll pinpoint areas for improvement and make sure your team stays laser‐focused on results that matter.
  • Lead by example: Set the tone for your team, showing them what great leadership and a winning attitude look like!
  • Train & Develop Your Superstars: Become their go‐to mentor: Deliver inspiring training workshops that build your team’s skills, keeping them ahead of the curve.
  • Custom development plans: Use the company’s Learning Management System to tailor training programmes to each consultant’s needs, ensuring they’re constantly growing and evolving.
  • Shape the next generation: Help your team align with our values, giving them the tools to succeed while maintaining our gold‐standard service levels.
  • Own HR & Office Management Like a Pro: Keep the office running like a well‐oiled machine! In your hands, everything operates smoothly—even when senior leadership isn’t around. From performance discussions to holiday requests, you’ve got it covered.
