We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding people‑focused business specialising in the Energy and Utilities sectors. We provide top‑tier recruitment and advanced workforce solutions to our clients both in the UK and internationally. As we continue to grow, we are looking to bring on board additional Recruitment Consultants to support our expansion. Our current focus is on managing desks within renewables, net zero, water, and field installation markets. Whether you’re a junior recruiter or an experienced professional, this is a golden opportunity to advance your career in recruitment and workforce solution delivery.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will report to one of our Senior Managers, playing a crucial role in our expansion. You’ll have access to a wealth of existing business and warm accounts, while also being encouraged to develop your own desk in our key markets.
Key Skills & Experience Required- Minimum 12 months of 360 recruitment experience
- Proven billings track record
- Outgoing personality with the ability to converse at multiple levels
- Ambition to grow skills and progress within the company
- Resourceful and driven individual, able to think on your feet
Basic Salary: £30k + Commission
Year 1 OTE: £50k +
Year 2 OTE: £60k +
- 12 extra wellness days per year (one extra day each month)
