Location: Bristol (Great Public Transport Routes)
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 + Commission
Hours: Monday – Friday (Choice of 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM / 8 AM – 5 PM / 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

What You’ll Do:
- Support a high-performing consultant by sourcing top-tier candidates for blue-collar trades & labour roles
- Manage a high volume of incoming roles, ensuring quick turnaround times
- Use cutting-edge tools, job boards, and databases to identify top talent
- Write engaging job ads to attract skilled candidates
- Build strong relationships with candidates and develop your personal network
