Outline: Responsible to lead the delivery of HR strategy and operations across the EMEA region, providing expert guidance and partnership to business leaders while supporting the Vice President in achieving the organisation's people and business objectives.
In doing so, the role works closely with regional leaders to ensure that human capital initiatives are aligned with organisational priorities, enabling sustainable business performance and delivering measurable value to the business.
Operating within a diverse and complex EMEA environment, the role requires the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholder demands across different countries, cultures, and legislative frameworks.
Success in the position depends on a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, a strong focus on execution, and a commitment to delivering high-quality HR services in line with established service standards and business expectations.
What the role involves: Support the Vice-President of HR and business leaders to aid the development and execution of the EMEA people strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organisational priorities.
Guide the delivery of HR services across the EMEA region, driving operational excellence, consistent service standards, and continuous improvement across HR policies, processes, and systems.
Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness.
Engage with the Talent experience with SAP Success Factors is advantageous.
