Job Outline:

  • Responsible to lead the delivery of HR strategy and operations across the EMEA region, providing expert guidance and partnership to business leaders while supporting the Vice President in achieving the organisation's people and business objectives.
  • Work closely with regional leaders to ensure that human capital initiatives are aligned with organisational priorities, enabling sustainable business performance and delivering measurable value to the business.
  • Manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholder demands across different countries, cultures, and legislative frameworks.
  • Adopt a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, with a strong focus on execution and a commitment to delivering high-quality HR services.

What the role involves:

  • Support the Vice-President of HR and business leaders to aid the development and execution of the EMEA people strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organisational priorities.
  • Guide the delivery of HR services across the EMEA region, driving operational excellence, consistent service standards, and continuous improvement across HR policies, processes, and systems.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness.
  • Engage with the Talent & Development team to define talent and succession initiatives to attract, develop, engage, and retain high-performing employees.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements across EMEA, providing oversight of complex employee relations matters.
  • Lead and support organisational change and transformation initiatives, including restructures and business-wide change programmes.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders, influencing decision-making through sound judgement, commercial insight, and HR expertise.
  • Leverage workforce analytics and HR metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Provide coaching and development to regional Human Business Partners fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.

Do you have:

  • Degree level of (or equivalent professional experience), with Chartered CIPD status preferred, and a proven track record of senior HR leadership across multiple countries.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing people strategies that drive business performance.
  • Commercially minded and strategically focused, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective people solutions.
  • Highly organised and results-oriented, with exceptional project and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of balancing long-term strategic priorities with evolving operational demands.
  • Data-driven and technology-enabled, with the ability to leverage people analytics and HR systems to inform decision-making.
