This is a role that involves the overseeing a large amount of information and the need for a tenacious, analytical driver is a prerequisite as well as effective interface/communication being essential. The ability to communicate concisely and clearly, with a clear understanding of the \”bigger picture.\”

Job Purpose:

The prime responsibility of the role is to ensure that all data concerning the tracking of registerable & tracked business opportunities is accurately maintained in both Future\’s systems and the systems of our suppliers. The design opportunities are likely to be complex in nature and therefore will require close attention to detail, a clear sense of responsibility and accuracy in completing the tasks in hand.

Accountabilities:

  • Liaise with suppliers on pending registrations to get approvals in line with 30-day objective.
  • Maintain \”Registerable\” flag and core in AIX and suppliers\’ cost book in order to ensure accuracy and traceability of registered billings. Ensure appropriate actions are taken on new and existing registrations and opportunities when a supplier changes the registration status of a part.
  • Synchronize data between CRM and nominated manufacturers web systems.
  • Review Demand Creation Associates within CRM and take appropriate actions on a daily basis.
  • Update supplier systems as appropriate when registration move to design win status and ensure maximisation of supplier incentive programs.
  • Review tacked program discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve Rosetta Net rejections.
  • Proactively review backlog, web sales and current funnel data to identify potential registrations or registered resales. Co-ordinate with field any further actions required to close.
  • Co-ordinate registration activities with suppliers for opportunities moving out of EMEA region.
  • Consult with engineers to ensure correct demand creation / fulfilment status on registrations and ensure accuracy of data in CRM and supplier systems.
  • Resolve discrepancies between registrations attached to debits and CBO.

Experience:

  • Fluent in English (written & oral)
  • Ideally possessing a business background, with two years\’ experience in data management
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages with the ability to confidently manipulate data and create reports with minimum assistance.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Proactive approach and approachable in assisting internal and external stakeholders
