The position is Permanent & Full Time. We offer a Competitive Salary, Overtime, Bonus Scheme, and Pension. We are based in Liverpool, and our works are within the Northwest Area. We have been operating on DNO contracts for over 20 years and have a proven track record of retaining contracts.
As a Service Cable Jointer, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical underground works, which range from the connection of new supplies, diversion and alterations to locating and repairing faults. You need to have the ability to assist with jointing tasks in accordance with the business' needs and will be required to complete them at a high-quality standard and in a safe manner.
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: Negotiable based on experience
Additional pay: Bonus scheme
Benefits: Company pension
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Overtime availability.
Skills/qualifications that are required for this role:
- SPEN Authorisation essential
- LV Cable jointing authorisations
- Proven 2 years' experience as a trained qualified service jointer
- CSCS / ECS / SHEA Electric or equivalent
- Emergency First Aid
- Full clean driving licence
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
- Health and safety awareness
