Job Title: College EHCP Coordinator (contract) Location: London Borough of Greenwich Where: Post-16 College Daily Rate: £145 – £180 (daily rate) Successful Post-16 College in the London Borough of Greenwich we are seeking a dedicated & experienced EHCP Coordinator for a Monday to Friday contract position. This position it to commence immediately. The successful EHCP Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) for their students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will have experience working within an education setting (ie College OR Secondary School / Primary School / Alternative Provision / SEND School / managing and coordinate the EHCP process, including assessments, reviews, and updates. You must have experience working as either an EHCP Coordinator OR EHCP Manager etc. Have worked in an educational setting in a similar role in either a College OR Secondary School / Primary school / Alternative Provision / SEND School or Pupil Referral Unit. You live in easy commutable distance to the London Borough of Greenwich. You have an in date enhanced DBS on the update service OR able to pay for a new one ASAP. Liaise with students, parents, and external agencies to ensure the effective delivery of support services. Monitor the progress of students with EHCPs, ensuring their needs are met within the college environment. Provide guidance and support to staff on EHCP-related matters. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to EHCPs. Proven experience in managing and coordinating EHCPs. Strong understanding of SEND legislation and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. SEN1
