SEN Lunchtime Supervisor – Croydon

Location: Croydon
Hours: 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM, Monday to Friday (5 days)
Pay: £13.50 per hour

We are looking for a caring and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) during lunch at our school in Croydon.

What You’ll Do:

• Help children during lunchtime, including eating and socialising.
• Supervise and encourage safe, fun play.
• Support positive behaviour and inclusion.
• Ensure the wellbeing and safety of all pupils.

What We’re Looking For:

• Kind, patient, and friendly approach.
• Experience with children or care experience (SEN experience is a bonus).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding.
