Job Description Main duties and responsibilities Our Mission Future Directions is a Community Interest Company that works with individuals, families, commissioners, and local communities to design and deliver personalised services, enabling individual choice and control to achieve fulfilled lives. Our Values • To go the extra mile. • To be adaptable. We have an exciting opportunity for a Volunteer Coordinator to develop, promote, and manage volunteering at Future Directions. This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to make a positive impact on people\'s lives. The Volunteer Coordinator will develop and promote volunteering opportunities, manage volunteer recruitment and support, and recognize volunteers\' contributions. The role involves working with diverse groups, including people with learning disabilities, autistic individuals, and those with complex needs. An Enhanced DBS check is required. Further Information Location: Based at Marle House in Chadderton, with travel throughout Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Yorkshire, and further when needed. Hours of work: 24 hours per week. Salary: [Insert salary per hour] Requirements: Must have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle. Note: For internal applicants, the role is initially a 12-month secondment, subject to passing probation.
