We are looking for friendly, reliable and caring Bank Care Assistants to join our team at Nashley House. This is a flexible bank role covering days, nights and weekends, ideal for someone who wants extra shifts or flexible working in a warm, supportive care home environment.

You will support residents with personal care, mobility, meals, daily activities, call bells, handovers and accurate care records, while promoting dignity, independence and choice. Enhanced rate available for experienced carers who are trained and signed off to administer medication. Experience in care is helpful, but the right attitude matters most. Full training and support will be provided.
