Senior Project Manager (Suffolk)

Future build recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the management and operation of a concrete batching plant on a major construction project. The project primarily involves reinforced concrete (RC) structures, silos, and deep piling works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the concrete batching plant operations.
• Oversee the production, quality control, and supply of concrete for RC structures, silos, and deep piling works.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progression.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring project objectives are met on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing large scale civil and major construction projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple project components.
