We are on the lookout for our next Recruitment Consultant to join our Brighton office! You’ll be joining an enthusiastic, down to earth team who value hard work, collaboration, and personal development. As a company we specialise in recruiting ‘white collar’ professionals to construction sector, covering a range of areas including residential, facades, structural steel, RC frame, civil engineering and many more. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Brighton office and help drive our growth. If you have a background in business-to-business sales or previous recruitment experience we\’d like to hear from you. Source, attract, and headhunt top-quality candidates through a variety of channels. Manage the full recruitment process from initial engagement to placement. A willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment industry. Experience in recruitment is beneficial, especially within construction or a similar sector. Strong relationship-building skills with a track record of success.
