PROJECT MANAGER – REPUTABLE MAIN CONTRACTOR – £70K DOE

Future build Recruitment are currently recruiting for 2 Project Managers to work on a very well-established Main Contractor based in Norfolk.

Our client operates across multiple sectors including education, health, decarbonisation, hotels, retail and leisure, residential, refurbishment and fit out. With a lot of work in the pipeline, through establishing good relationships with existing and new clients, they are now looking to grow their team.

As a Senior Site Manager you will be joining a growing, work driven Main Contractor adopting the following responsibilities:

• Control the progression of the works by organising trades in accordance with the programme
• develop short term programmes, considering risk management issues, ideally using ASTA Software
• Understand and work within budgets
• Control site costs through careful review of supply-chain variation requests
• Organise and control direct labour and sub-contractors in a timely and efficient manner
• Following drawings and specifications for the works and maintain good quality records of the works, ensuring that excellence quality/good craftsmanship is maintained.
• Good knowledge, of current Health & Safety law and practices
• Working to the site Heath and Safety Plan and manage all onsite Health & Safety aspects.

What they are offering you:

• A Salary of £60,000 – £70,000 (dependant on experience)
• A package including a £5k car allownce, bonus scheme and a generous travel allowance
