Future Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for 2 Project Managers to work on a very well-established Main Contractor based in Norfolk. Our client operates across multiple sectors including education, health, decarbonisation, hotels, retail and leisure, residential, refurbishment and fit out. With a lot of work in the pipeline, through establishing good relationships with existing and new clients, they are now looking to grow their team.
As a Senior Site Manager you will be joining a growing, work driven Main Contractor adopting the following responsibilities:
- Control the progression of the works by organising trades in accordance with the programme
- Develop short term programmes, considering risk management issues, ideally using ASTA Software
- Understand and work within budgets
- Control site costs through careful review of supply-chain variation requests
- Organise and control direct labour and sub-contractors in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow drawings and specifications for the works and maintain good quality records of the works, ensuring that excellence quality/good craftsmanship is maintained
- Good knowledge of current Health & Safety law and practices
- Work to the site Health and Safety Plan and manage all onsite Health & Safety aspects
What they are offering you:
- A Salary of Β£60,000 - Β£70,000 (dependant on experience)
