Project: 150 traditional build apartment units across six blocks.
Position: Reporting into a roaming Contracts Manager, you will take the lead on one or two block trad‐build apartments. The site is live and in a good position, soon to move to internals on half the blocks. This role offers the opportunity to lead through first and second fix, CMLs, and handover. On completion of this project there is another local project to move onto and lead from the beginning.
