We are currently working with a small multi-disciplinary construction design and delivery company based in Central London who are looking to recruit a Junior Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager to work on projects in the high-end residential sector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2-3 years’ experience to join a close-knit team and progress their career quickly. The successful candidate will work closely with the Commercial Manager, gaining valuable exposure to all aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Commercial Manager in managing costs and project deliverables.
- Assist in project planning, monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to coordinate project requirements.
- Oversee budgets, valuations, and payment applications to ensure financial accuracy.
- Monitor the progress of works on-site and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
