Future Build Recruitment are currently working with a specialist glazing contractor based in Guildford who are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is a hybrid role offering the opportunity to work across a range of high-profile glazing and façade projects while enjoying flexibility in your working week. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, valuations, and cost plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct accurate measurement and take-offs related to glazing and façade systems.
- Analyse tender documentation and support in the preparation of competitive bids.
- Procure and manage subcontractor packages and supply chain performance.
- Monitor financial performance and project progress, providing regular commercial reporting to senior stakeholders.
