We are working with a leading demolition specialist seeking an experienced Demolition Project Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage a variety of demolition projects, including Total Demolition, Cut and Carve, Structural Alterations, and Strip Out. The successful candidate will have a strong background in demolition, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of demolition projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Lead on-site demolition teams, providing guidance and ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Conduct risk assessments and manage project risks effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and timelines, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members.

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the demolition industry.
  • Experience working on Total Demolition, Cut and Carve, Structural Alterations, and Strip Out projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations in the demolition sector.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and resolve project challenges efficiently.
