I’m currently working with a well-established RC Frame subcontractor turning over £150m, who are looking to appoint a Planner to support the delivery of complex reinforced concrete packages across London.

This role is open to multiple backgrounds:

  • An experienced site engineer / project engineer who has transitioned into planning
  • Someone looking to move from delivery into planning
  • Or a fully established Planner with RC Frame or heavy civils experience

The Role

You’ll play a key role in supporting project teams from pre-construction through delivery, producing and maintaining programmes for major RC Frame and associated packages. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Producing, updating and managing construction programmes
  • Supporting tender and live project planning
  • Progress reporting, critical path analysis and delay mitigation
  • Working closely with site teams, commercial teams and senior management
  • Supporting multiple projects across London

Experience They’re Looking For

  • Background in RC Frame, Groundworks or Heavy Civils
  • Experience using Primavera P6 (essential)
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site delivery
  • Engineers or delivery-based professionals actively looking to move into planning are encouraged to apply
  • Established planners with proven P6 experience also welcome
