Full-Time No working from home possible
F

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Central Team at Future Academies and play an important role in the effective day-to-day running of our shared services office. As Trust Office & Administration Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our Central Team, providing high-quality administrative support to the Executive Team and colleagues across the Trust and helping to ensure that our Central services operate smoothly and effectively.

This is a varied role in which no two days will be quite the same. You will be a key point of contact for colleagues, visitors, and external stakeholders; coordinate meetings and communications; support finance and operational processes; and help to keep important Trust-wide activities and projects on track. You will also provide central administrative support for our careers, enrichment, and charity work, giving you the opportunity to contribute to initiatives that directly broaden the experiences and opportunities available to our students.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and professional, who takes pride in providing an excellent service and enjoys taking ownership. You will need excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Just as importantly, you will understand how excellent central services contribute to excellent schools and share our commitment to improving opportunities and outcomes for every student.
