Laureate Academy is seeking an enthusiastic HR Officer (Part time) to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the academy's staff and leaders by delivering a professional, efficient and responsive HR service.

As HR Officer, you will support the full employee lifecycle, including:

  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Absence management
  • Payroll administration
  • Employee relations processes
  • Safeguarding compliance

Working closely with academy leaders and the Trust's Central HR Team, you will help ensure that our people processes are effective, compliant and aligned with our commitment to excellence.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, able to manage a varied workload and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
