Clevedon Sports Centre is seeking motivated Casual Sports Centre Team Members to join our evening and weekend team. You’ll join colleagues who work collaboratively to create a positive, inclusive learning environment where staff and pupils thrive together.

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sports Centre Team Member to join our commercial services team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality fitness and sports programmes, ensuring every member and guest enjoys an excellent experience from start to finish. In this role, you will:
- Assist members and guests with fitness support, bookings and enquiries, providing a positive, end-to-end experience.
- Maintain clean, safe and functional gym, studio, sports hall and equipment areas at all times.
- Support on gym floor cover, health checks, inductions, and (if qualified) teach or assist with group exercise classes.
- Play a key role in member sales and retention by building meaningful connections.
