Futura Learning Partnership is seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our IT Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn the necessary skills to deliver high-quality technical support to staff and students, ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of IT systems across the trust. We are seeking two apprentices: one to be based at Chilton Trinity School in Bridgwater and the other at Clevedon School in Clevedon, though we will consider applications from individuals preferring to be based in south Bristol (Bedminster Down School) or Keynsham (Wellsway School). Both roles will include 1 day per month of remote / college‑based learning. You will be part of a supportive and ambitious team who are committed to helping every child reach their full potential. Each apprentice will be mentored by members of IT Services who were previously an IT apprentice and have both gone on to get promotion with the team. IT Services work collaboratively to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where staff and pupils thrive together.

  • Deliver high-quality technical support to staff and students and ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of IT systems across the trust.

  • Has the ability to prioritise and multi‑task
  • Is able to use own initiative and work unsupervised when appropriate to do so
  • Has 3 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths
