Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will shape and deliver our educational strategy, lead our school improvement function and work alongside school leaders to ensure every child and young person receives the highest quality education and support to flourish.As a member of the Executive Team, you will help shape the next chapter of Futura, providing expert educational leadership across our primary, secondary and post-16 phases while championing inclusion, high expectations and continuous improvement.**About Us**Futura Learning Partnership is a growing, values-led multi-academy trust of 26 schools, serving more than 12,000 children and young people across the South West of England.
