Clevedon School, on the North Somerset coast, is seeking a compassionate and committed Literacy and Behaviour Support Worker to join the Student Support Department (Horizons), which supports students with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to access, achieve and enjoy education and school life.

About You
We'd love to hear from someone who:
- Has experience of supporting children/young people in a work place or voluntary capacity
- Can motivate and build rapport with learners whilst encouraging independence
- Has a sound level of Secondary Education and evidence of relevant professional development and qualifications e.g. Teaching Qualification
- Has recent experience of working in a school as a Learning Support Assistant or similar relevant child-focused role
- Shares our belief that every child deserves the very best opportunities
