Your Role in Building Brighter Futures
As a Teaching Assistant at Bridge Farm Primary School, you will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of Futura’s mission statement of “Building the brightest future for all, enabling every individual to flourish”. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting children in their learning across the curriculum
- Responding to the individual needs of children with empathy and understanding

We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant who:
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications or training in working with children (desirable)
- Experience: Experience working with children in a school environment
- Understanding of KS1 and KS2 curricula
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND, particularly communication and interaction needs
- Skills: A variety of communication strategies to support children
- Strong communication skills with children and adults
