Your Role in Building Brighter Futures

As a Teaching Assistant at Bridge Farm Primary School, you will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of Futura’s mission statement of ā€œBuilding the brightest future for all, enabling every individual to flourishā€. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting children in their learning across the curriculum
  • Responding to the individual needs of children with empathy and understanding

  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications or training in working with children (desirable)
  • Experience: Experience working with children in a school environment
  • Understanding of KS1 and KS2 curricula
  • Experience supporting pupils with SEND, particularly communication and interaction needs
  • Skills: A variety of communication strategies to support children
  • Strong communication skills with children and adults
